The On Purpose project works with people who have developmental disabilities to do community improvement projects in West Virginia. We believe that all people have unique purpose and we want to be intentional about inclusion and building community.

Angie Breeden is passionate about equity and opportunity for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Angie developed the On Purpose Project with the goal of building inclusivity into the cultural landscape of St. Albans, where she lives with her husband Tony and their four children.

Shaina Magoun
Assistant Coordinator
Shaina Magoun has a desire to serve, facilitate and promote intentional inclusiveness within the community of her hometown of Saint Albans. Shaina has a background in business management. She enjoys camping, hiking & exploring the beauty of the Mountain State with her husband and three children.

Mark brings his amazing videography and storytelling skills to showcase our project. Mark is known for his work on Over Easy (2017), Child of God (2013) and Transience.
